2001 Dodge Caravan Reviews, Pricing & Specs
What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 2001 Dodge Caravan appreciate its comfort, convenience, and spaciousness for family trips. Many drivers felt safe and enjoyed the good handling of the vehicle, while also noting that it performs well for its size. However, there are concerns about the reliability of the transmission and occasional weaker acceleration when going uphill."
We have only had this car a short time. It is comfortable and convenient. I have no need for all the options so this is good for us. It handles well and I feel very safe in this vehicle. The reputation for the Dodge transmission leaves me worried frequently.

March 28, 2014This car served our purpose in the years the kids were younger and we did more traveling together. Now we have to many cars and looking to down size. The car was very comfortable with the air conditioning and heat reaching well into the back seats. Plenty of room for 7 people and luggage. The gas milage is far for the size of the car. I always felt safe in this car. Acceleration was sometimws weaker than others i.e if going up many hills consecutively
