31+ mpg. The manual states a 7500 mile service interval but I change oil every 5000. Simple to replace headlights and taillights, not so simple to replace turn signal lights. Smooth and forgiving 5-speed manual transmission. Good build quality -- no rattles; a small squeak in the driver's seat; easy to dent and tear body panels and bumpers; solid "thump" when you close the doors. Exterior styling is a bit bland but not dated. Wish a more luxurious interior was available when I bought the car, but the ergonomics are good. Easy to drive, easy to park.

This was a very good vechicle and I would recommend it to everyone in the market looking for a great deal and a reliable car. I have owned three honda accords and they all have been great for my family and I!

Quality - no problems with the car. bought it at 50000 miles, it has 100000 miles now with no issues. The stock hubcaps and steel wheels were cheap and generic looking. So aftermarket wheels make it much more unique. The car is fairly economical and can hold the whole family. I am pretty happy with it and would definitely recommend to friends.

This is my first car. Got it when I was 16. I love this car it has all the pwr I really need and thats coming from a spirited driver. I topped out at 131mph before and kept side by side to a 99 v6 mustang 5 spd man. It stays pretty composed in corners not a lot lean. I put 18 ICW racing rims on it. It looks fantastic gives it a whole different look...

Great fun to drive - surprisingly quiet and you have to rev hard to hear the engine. So it's smooth, sophisticated and very much the executive's choice. Or you can always have aspirations! Very reliable, smart and some may recall it has racing pedigree in the Britcar and BTCC series.

Comfortable seats, beautiful interior, gorgeous on the outside. Everything just feels great. Driving this car is so intuitive. You never feel like you have to "force" the car to do anything. One of the best cars you'll ever drive. I'm driving mine into the ground. I'm never going to part with it until I absolutely have to.

I guess automotive engineers and designers sometimes feel the need to add where nothing was lacking, or at least to add what was not lacking. A few unusual features, some bizarre, some frustrating, of this car: 1) Locking the driver's door from inside, locks all doors. I understand this feature, but it gets in the way far more often than it benefits me. 2) Unlocking passenger door with the key unlocks all doors. This one works for me. 3) Engaging the child-safety lock, on power windows, locks out driver's window controls! This is nothing short of a stupid mistake. E.g., if the 4 year old in the back starts to open her window, the driver can lock out her control, but cannot close the window. I.e. as long as 4yo's finger is on her button, or child-safety is engaged, driver cannot close the window. 4) Driver's seat-bottom has 2 segments, which are each tilted/raised/lowered via knobs. I've not found that I can really get tailored comfort out of this, but one can change, or move pressure points, which can be nice on long trips. 5) There's a red LED forever blinking on the dash, to let me know that didn't follow some security procedure before disconnecting the battery. This is to prevent me from stealing my radio. Here's the thing, the "alarm" (the LED) is in my car. If someone does steal my radio, I'll know it by the missing radio. As for the stolen radio: it still works. As long as the thief doesn't hook up the light, he'll be fine. Of course, he won't know it if someone steals his (my) radio. :) Back seats fold down, but pass-through from trunk is narrow and short enough to make me long for my old hatchbacks.

This is my 1999 Honda Accord. Got it in 2007 at 182,000 original miles and it has only given me minor problems. It is a 5 speed 4 cyl VTEC motor that is a fuel sipper...but gives you a nice power increase when you need it. I have since done minor inexpensive modifications to improve driveablilty, fuel economy and power. I get 25-28 total MPG regularly and the 16 gallon fuel tank lasts me at least two weeks. I do what I can to take care of the exterior (previous owner neglected the paint) but overall it is a great all-around car.

handling sweet, power sweet, tiptronic gearbox a pig, other wise not a bad car to own, was a fun car to drive just had to know how to work tip tronic gearbox right if not it was a pig of a thing

eyecatching looks. Especially in the sun with the purple light flip in the paint. The Recaro interior is full comfort. The performance is unreal, the vtec kick is awesome and the typhoon plays a sweet tune!

Needs more horse power, maybe a V6 Accord runs faster. The general performance of the car is fine, braking is solid like a toad in pavement. The appereance is great, sporty specially if you put 17" wheels and a good pair of tires 225/45/17 is what I am using. Runs great on gas in highway in the city uses a lot of gasoline.

she's the one i run too when life gets me down...reliable...to a point...and gives a very decent ride....keep her nicely tuned so i can go where ever i need....has the space needed to haul stuff or give rides...just the right size...full size sedan...with a sporty feel....

Performance: Not that good. Braking: Good enough. Handling: Very good. Build Quality: Excellent. Cost of Ownership: very high. Gas mileage: Unbelievable. Maintenance: dosn't need too much of it.

Accords will last forever if you treat them well. There are a few minor interior issues with elctric locks and windows. And noise is a factor.

Great Car could be a little better with MPG

The car handles good. It has great milage. It needs a paint job on the hood & top of the car. I got the car from my dad when I was a senior in High School This car is fun to drive with the windows open in the summer

0-60 sub 6 secs 157 mph top speed 2.07 lap time at oulton park in cheshire full red leather recaro trim. Isnt she beautiful Used to change cars every 6-9 months, had the red beast 6 years and still cant find a better replacement. Its fast, reliable and more fun than anyone could possibly imagine, constantly upsets more powerful and expensive cars lol

Nice car, absolutely no problems, but always felt like I was mommy and going to pick up the kids. No fun to drive.

I've only had this car for a few months, and so far it's been a decent find for $3,000. Basically rust issues, as this car has been in the rust belt it's entire existence. Other than that, I've been quite pleased with it.
