Pros: Most important; Its fun to drive. The styling is unlike every other car on the road. Most aftermarket part costs are reasonable and available and, if youre a mechanic, you can handle most repairs. I have over 200k miles on mine and am thinking about getting a long block and restoring it. Cons: Automatic Transmissions do not last in this model no matter how its driven. As a rule they die way shy of 100k miles and are not cheap to have rebuilt. Mine needs a 3rd rebuild. As with most cars their age insurance companies will consider even the most minor fender bender a total loss; a minor incident with mine that caused it to need a fender, headlight assembly, fascia and paint resulted in the insurance company totaling it. I am not aware of any additional insurance available that considers it a special vehicle.Sep 19, 2020

This is hands down the best, fastest, most beautiful car I have ever owned. It makes you want to drive. Good on gas, good in snow, faster than most production cars and looks like it is from the future. Get one if you can.Dec 13, 2014
