I've had this car for 9 months now, and I still haven't had any issues with it.
For my first car, I must say this is a pretty reliable car. Some parts are easy to fix, some parts aren't that easy. But it has lots of nice features, especially for a car within this price range and year-make.
The Chrysler Cirrus, Dodge Stratus and Plymouth Breeze are all part of the great Mopar-family, so don't hesitate to buy either if you happen to find one in good condition.Jan 12, 2011

Even with the V6, it's acceleration isn't any more than ample. Road noise is decent, the cab forward design seems to hold the road well. About 29mpg at 68mph. It can be pretty fun to drive, and is comfortable, but the hard plastic dashboard hurts your knees. Also, I've noticed in the summer that this car heats up very quickly, you turn it off for even a minute or two and the interior will be hotter than the outside, regardless of how long the a/c had been running. I bought my Cirrus a couple of years ago
for 4,500. It's a nice ride, and the only
thing I've done is new brake pads. It's a
creampuff. I call it "The Silver Bullet."
Only problem is the mpg is not great. It
has a big car feel, but really isn't that
big.

it was given to me by my older sister and is still my frist car.it had a few problems like it needed a new fuel pump and drive chain. i loved its preformance and its a blast to drive. the acceleration on it is awsome and its purrs.Jun 02, 2009

V6 offers excellent performance, especially in acceleration. Suspension is comfortable, but can still handle fairly high-speed cornering. Brakes are superb. Interior is very nice. Lots of fun to drive. Cost of ownership isn't bad-- I use premium gasoline, which makes the motor happy.May 27, 2009
