It's a pretty good car for a daily driver. It's also good for people who like's to do improvement to there cars, from performance to aesthetics anything is possible because it's compaticle with a civic. You could swap any B serie engine with out a problem.Nov 19, 2011

its got crazy handling with its double wishbone suspension and
the exterior styling is amazing :P its a civic so its gon last u a
while ... its so fun to drive could be funny if it had more power

The Acura EL sports affordable luxury by far. Power options and a powerful VTEC motor for improved torque. Makes the EL as much fun to drive, As it is safe and reliable. A mix of Power, Fun, Style, and a price that doesnt break the bank, makes the EL Compact Luxury Sedan from Acura, a good choice. (wrote that myself :) )Aug 10, 2009

I rate this car high above domestic vehicles. 11 years old but looks 5. Paint & body are amazing, engine runs great. Obviously needed some replacements after 11 yrs. Every vehicle does! Keep the oil changed and you've got a friend for life! I have absolutely no complaints.May 18, 2009

Perf... d16y8 125hp, 120lbs torque...can be more!
superb handling for a stock car based on a civic
braking would be awesome if there was disc in rear
quality of finition awesome and have done less than 1k$ in repairs in 3 years now!May 17, 2009

The car was pretty decent. It was a good first car just not enough horse power but what do you expect comeing from a car based on the civic. The car was easy to work on, nothing too complex to deal with. A larger alternator will also com in handy, lights dim even with just the turn signal on.Aug 12, 2008

The car is really good on gas and it has Honda's famous reliability and great engineering. It is basically a Honda Civic with options that you can't get on the Civic like leather seating and I believe better styling. The engine is small but powerful. I have a 5 speed manual transmission which I recommend with most 4 cylinder engines. Automatic transmissions slow the car down too much because the power in this car is made high in the rev range.
