1997 Chevrolet Astro Reviews, Pricing & Specs
What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 1997 Chevrolet Astro appreciate its reliability, spaciousness, and good performance for hauling and trips. Many like the comfortable interior and the ability to see better from a higher seating position. However, a common concern is the poor gas mileage, which can be a significant drawback for everyday use, alongside occasional issues like rattles and the need for repairs."
great for hauling and trips. We have pulled a trailer since day one. It has done great. It has been very reliable. Low cost repairs. It is great for hauling people and stuff. We love it for trips. It has 140,000+ miles and still going strong. Wish they still made it.
April 13, 2012This car is very good for mainly long family trips or for high stress jobs pulling trailers short or long distances with heavy loads. main problem with it is the bad gas mileage and big tank combination that makes it cost a lot to fill the tank.
July 9, 2013Cousy seats, large enough trunk for some shopping goods, or bigger friends. Back couch - really good thing for summer vacations and trips. Another good thing is that you sit higher that average driver on street and you can see what's going on in front of the traffic line. Bad thing - it's large enough, so I have a problem where to park it in the city center.
