I have always liked VW Golf cars. Some say their ugly but I personnaly like the older styling of VW's. The engine has proved reliable, even when I went through a large puddle at 40mph and created a over the roof wave (it was way deeper than I thought) and no doubt soaked the engine. Visibility is Bad. I found myself getting out the car sometimes to get a better view whilst reverse parking into my own drive and I barely reverse into a supermarket space just in case! I do take bad with the rear window being small with no wiper while driving in rain but isn't an issue. My VW Cabrio sticks to the road very well while handling the corners of scotlands glens. Braking is good but acceleration is weak and is not designed for overtaking on Dual Carriageways. Fun car to drive if your not in a hurry and it's sunny. Mar 07, 2014
