It was a EP91 EFI 1.3L Riflet F Gasoline. I regret I sold it.. It had great handling and good power. It was certainly fun to drive. Quite comfortable for a car of its size. Did quite good on fuel too.Dec 01, 2009

Its a small car, but dont let be foolished, it has an awesome gas mileage and pretty good acceleration for its size, the handling is great, of course his 75hp aint that fun as a nice 2.0l. Nice car. The second row of seats is kinda uncomfty, that is the only con i would say its important.Jul 28, 2009

For a 1.3 that weighs less than 900KG and puts out 130bhp+....
Amazing car for what it is, surprises most drivers out there, and with a few modifications, sounds sweet.
The car as standard does not handle that well, but a little tweaking does the job.
Want to stick with japanese, will get an Integra Type R Next.Aug 15, 2008

Simple car, good acceleration with an amazing fuel economy. Braking isn´t work perfect, but its ok for a small-economic car. Fun to drive, good handling, you can do what you want with this small car, good appearence and can be a fast car with not much things. In conclusion, a recommended car for a car´s lover. Aug 04, 2008

it is relatively quick it is a 4efe engine with many modifications handles well very light lots of squeaks and rattle because its a not a road car lol front fascia looks very aggressive but back of starlets are kind of dull car has needed many repairs in its day many owners have flip rolled and hit it Jul 29, 2008

Very basic but practical little hatchback, nearly indestructable and extremely reliable. Doesn't use much fuel if you drive sensible, and is surprisingly good fun if you don't. Brilliant every day car if you don't care much for creature comforts, head room or a gazillion airbags. Jul 01, 2008

Althought it´s almost 12 years old the little Starlet still show good face, being stlll a good looking car with fluent lines and a good aerodinamic shape with a low hood. The interior also have a nice desing, and the most important, is made of good quality plastics, that support years of being exposed to the enviroment in a almost desertic area and under high temperatures. The interior have also an easy to read speedometer and tachometer. On the bad side, there is little room at the back seat for tall people, and in my case, lack of rear headrest. The engine is a reliable and fuel saver 2E, althought have little power it´s willing to give his best and reach 6500 rpm. The tranny it´s a A132L that it is limited with 3 speed, it doesn´t slip but the difference between 1st and 2nd kills performance and the lack of 4rd force the car to be at allmost 4500 rpm at 120 km/hr and in consequence the noise it´s hign all time. On the road, the lack of sway bar gives the car too much body roll but instead give a high motricity and it´s very hard to lose grip in wet and dry pavements. The brakes provide the best pedal feeling of all cars that i have tested, and are difficult to fade. The brake distance is normal for it´s size and age, and even give some lesson to biggers and expensive car of it´s time. In resume it´s a reliable and nice car to hang out with, specialy as a first car or young drivers because it´s motricity and good character.Mar 16, 2008
