Ok Im working on my 96 prelude,but here is my problem its a 8/96. Is it a 96 or 97,I cant figure this out,my crank shaft sencor there is no spot for it in the front of motor n I just bought a new distributor and coil for 96 so if I changed distributor the one with a crank sensor it the distributor and wiring for that distributor...and put it inFeb 13, 2023

like the styling (always have)...but hate honda transmissions and brake systems. isnt easy to work on being that every thing under the hood is so freakin close together...but with a little patience its not too hard. will rust in rear quartersMar 04, 2010

blue fast low and loud. she was a boomin bass queen before she tore up the track. due to my inexperienced hands she was on the fritz alot but that would be diff these days. one day i will have another Feb 25, 2010

This is a wonderful car, but im getting outta hand on the maintence. A bit low on the power side for what i want, but it handles like a beast. This car does not have the stock engine. It is swapped out with the vtec version engine. A bit more power(when vtec kicks in) but not that much. I would like to fix this car up, but money is an issue at the moment. Jan 08, 2010

ist a nice black and it is so fun to drive the car is heavy so its not to fast of the go but it handles nice the car corners real good it feels like a widebody car the inside is a drivers car it is fitted to the driver the backseat sucks no legroom even for kidsAug 21, 2009

loved this car. acceleration was amazing then when vtech cam kicked in spead up even more. sometimes it would wheelspin when vtech kicked in in lower gears. not much room for people in the back though. but a brilliant driveAug 03, 2009

Its my first car and i love it. It is a quality car that has not broken down on me yet, and it probably wont any time soon. It is a four cylinder manual with twin overhead cams and just short of a vtech motor. :) Awsome to drive.Jul 30, 2009

most reliable car i ever had! air con was lovely, ride was aweseome, the standard seats were really comfy. I had the car up til last year and it still started everytime with no problems. I ruined it by putting 50,000 miles on it within two yearsJul 12, 2009

this car was really cool, i got it with an exhaust system on it, a superchip, new headers, and it had lowered suspension which is a good and a bad thing... Oh and it was a stick shift so whenever i felt like being liberal with the throttle i could burn the tires as long as i wanted:D i ended up putting 2 1000 watt speakers in the back but i never bought an amplifier so it didnt sound much better but thats ok because the stock sound on the radio was actually pretty good:DSep 28, 2008

Fun to drive if you have unlimited amounts of money to fill it! Great wheels - low profiles..........It really is the poor mans sports car.......... The performance is excellent when going over 60mph and it comes into its own. Poodling about Town however is painful and it does not like idling and pulls away very quickly - or maybe thats just me!Aug 26, 2008

I love this car i just wish there was a little more space. It runs well and its really good on gas mileage, i dont have problems with my car its fun to drive it rides smooth. i would recommend this car to a friend because i have fun in it im sure they would to.Jun 27, 2008

Dad bought it for me for 1000 dollars being all cheap... motor blew so he took a loan out and put a h23 vtec from the SiR wagon in Japan. It pushes about 220 hp and 190 tq, but becuase of swap issues I am having to get money for fixes. It has been lowered 2 or so inches with skunk 2 spings sitting on Kyb struts. I'm rolling on 17 inch ICW Fusion rims wrapeed in 205*40/17 Kumho tires. Obx header and test pipe, ebay cat, autozone carbon fiber mufferler... haha sApr 07, 2008
