The vehicle has good features, the interior is a little worn but not trash. The 7.3 is a work horse. The thing missing is the technology in the 6.7 liter. As far as other models, I would have to say the Dodge Cummins 12 valve is comparable. Sep 09, 2020

Great work truck/tow rig and off road truck. The gas motor is not the best thing for a truck this size but the fact its a 5 speed makes up for it. The Granny First gear is great. Throw it in 4 LO and into First gear you will make it threw just about anything or move just about anything.Jan 18, 2013

Bought this for a reason. 4 doors for room,4x4 for Idaho weather, 1 ton for towing my 20 foot goose-neck trailer. Wish it had the 7.3, but I do love the EFI 460. Love the 4 speed w/ o/d and it not being a 5 spd.Sep 01, 2012
