Performace sucks, got the car after my other car broke only because it was dirt
cheap, interior was clean though. Sound system is horrible. Slow as hell. Oh yeah,
and it hits the rev limiter at about 4,00 rpm. Its not a fun car to drive. Nov 26, 2010

This vehicle was a great disappointment. Having owned an older moder (same frameW) I expected a lot of improvements. Instead we gor classic GM garbage with a littany of problems. Got rid of it fast before the repairs bankrupted me.Jul 04, 2010

Very comfortable. WAAAY too much rust.the 3.1 doesn't have a lot of power, but it does the trick. I get about 26-27 mpg when I drive it easy. many major repairs have been made. intake gasket, head gasket, transmission. The side mirrors don't adjust, the right one is bent, my seat lever is broken. I have the radiator fans on a manual switch (that fell off). My window switches only work if you know how to work them. In a way it's great. all the adjustable things have been rendered non-adjustable in my settings, so nobody else wants to drive my car!Apr 20, 2010

Its fast but it needs exhaust work, its in MINT shape too, really beautiful car i love it- but no more top down this year ) : the car will outrun a gt mustang around the years like 96-2000.. its a head turner for sure.Dec 12, 2009

Surpisingly it has great acceleration, i'm happy bout that. It's brakes kinda stink, but that's probably my fault, and the handling is descent. This car is a beast when it comes to quality, it hasn't needed any major fixes, i do have a problem with the security light but it's fine for now. It has a lot of miles for sure, but it's still goin. The best thing about the car is the bass, it has awesome bass, best part about it. But anyway i like driving it and it suits me for now.Jan 30, 2009

Performance: Well, acceleration is solid but lacks punch. 9 second 0-60 is old, but with the right upgrades for this motor it can easily be helped. The suspension, front is solid but the rear monoleaf setup is annoying. Every few years it gets noisy and uncomfortable to ride on due to pads and struts. Easy fixes with upgrades fro KYB and a body roll solver with front and rear strut tower bars.
Build quality: Excellent. No rust, paint shines after 14 years, underbody has typical wisconsin winter effects, but overall no major body defects. Interior stays quiet with typical upkeep. Gauges and radio design could use work.
Appearance- Outstading for 1995, and today still looks very modern. Wheel upgrades and such as I have done do wonders for the car.
Cost- 20+ city and a near 30 highway. Winter, 16-17 city, as expected. Originally the motor recieved bad head and intake gaskets which go after anywhere from 50-100k miles. Once replaced, and with the normal maintenance the engine is indestructible.
Fun factor- From the factory it is a very smooth and comfy ride with plenty of get go for a sedan. With mild modifications the car truly can be a wonderful and moderatley quick car to drive.Dec 26, 2008

hood and right fender are white, not red (like the rest of the car). The driver's seat is the most comfortable driver's seat I have ever sat in. it has a 15 gallon tank, so its not too much to fill. it has a 3.1 liter v6, so its good on gas. I think this is going to be my car for a while.
the reason I didn't recommend my car to a friend is cuz i want to keep it all to myself.Oct 19, 2008

I drives like a Volvo, turns on a dime. Pick up is great. I looks really wonderful and is the only full sized American convertivble still out there except for the classics. And this one will be a Classic too.Mar 28, 2008

My 1995 Cutlass convertible has a 3.4 auto, white with a black top and grey leather interior. The car so far has 310,000 kms on it with a new engine and transmission. I brought the car as a wreck to bring it back to life.Mar 14, 2008

A lot of little problems and minor annoyances, but nothing major. Always starts in the winter and loves snow, plows through anything. Perfect car for those that don't have children, big enough for 1 car seat, but a pain the butt to get into the car. Jan 06, 2008
