This is one of the best cars I've ever driven. It rides like a truck, but handles almost like a car. Tight turn radius, which came in handy when turning into driveways or when offroading. Can stop on a dime, if needed. Looks were ok, with the teal paint job. But it still looked pretty good. Simple, with a slight rugged edge. Can seat 7, with the two extra seats in the trunk space. The third row can fold up, and the second row bench seat can fold flat for extra cargo room. There's a roof rack as well. Body felt solid and strong, despite wind noise on the freeway. Wasn't too expensive to own. It gets about 16mpg city, 20mpg highway, which isn't bad for an SUV of that decade. Repairs were minimum, with small replacements here and there. Most expensive was the replacement of the shocks, which was a total of about $280. It already had 250,000 miles on it by the time I had it, so it had plenty of wear from the previous owner. And unfortunately they had the engine replaced for cheap, so it ended up only lasting me barely a year :( But these cars are known for getting up to 300,000 miles and still running strong, as long as they're well taken care of.May 04, 2012

this car has bad acceleration and no ABS and the curve of turning is very small but you can control on the car smoothly it got a strong body build the interior of the car looks nice and the exterior too it cost me in 2003 a 8800 $ and has a high gas mileage and low cost maintenance we had lots of fun with itMay 12, 2010

This SUV is extremley versatile and nearly unstoppable. The four wheel drive system is superb, but the engine leaves something to be desired, as it is factory rated at only 170 horsepower. Skid plates are standard, which only adds to the already immense off road capabilty. One must be warned that it does have a tendency to roll overNov 29, 2009
