This car had lots of room for people or things. Most people thought this was an ugly car but I beg to differ, I thought it was beautiful! I loved the way this car handled, even for an old car it accelerated nicely (with slight hesitation due to weight of the car and age) Repair costs weren't bad. The car was not very fuel efficient. I got this car for free though ! My brother gave it to me when he bought himself a new car and it was my moms before it was his :) The braking was surprisingly good considering the weight, and age of the car not to mention the tires were pretty bald. I have never felt more safe in a vehicle. Every time I drove in it I felt like I was encased in a steel suit of armor from head to toe. This car was a blast to drive! performance is good
Build quaility yes it did have a lot of work done but it runs great
and the cost of ownership was 200.00 from his grandpa
yes it s good and fun car

Excellent car for highway travel, ride comfort is outstanding. Overall this a great car and if it was not for the fact that gas prices are so high i would likely still be driving it today. I would recommend this car any dayFeb 25, 2012

love the car. best car ever. with 220k on it i would drive it anywhere. best car for your money hands down. the most reliable car. the police never watch a buick witch is great for younger croud then they are always watching young kids.Nov 16, 2011

This car has had both its fair share of positives and negatives. Performance wise, the GM 3800 engine is strong at most but has its problems. Its built well on the external but interior quality is to be desired. Can't go wrong with the styling (at least where I'm from) The worst thing bout it is the gas mileage, it costs me anywhere from $40-48 to fill up when empty and its spent after 150-200 miles depending on where I'm driving. I made it from Illinois to Nevada in this car in the winter with no problems. It has a smooth ride and I enjoy using the cruise control. I'm sure if I didn't need a 4wd I would keep this car for 2-4 more years.Nov 20, 2010

The only reason appearance is so low is because of recent vandalism to the passenger side. Other than that it's a sturdy and dependable vehicle that has a lot of amenities for its age. Comfortable ride and great in the snow.Aug 14, 2010

its too big for me but for a luxury car it gets good gas mileage it has 90000 miles on it and is in great shape. it has leather seats and i just had a new water pump put on it.Jul 18, 2010

I would recommend any Buick LeSabre; from the first one was built up until they were discontinued in 2007 (I think thats the right year). They are a reliable, comfy and powerful car. The only draw back to this car if I had to say one is the fuel consumtion with in town/city drving, it isn't too bad, but definetly better on the highway.May 24, 2010

Fast as hell for a boat, outruns chevy 305s like nothing
amazingly comfortable interiors, especially leather
SMOOTH ride quality
built like tanks, dont ever hit one
Excellent build quality, and what does break is a cheap fix
good gas mileage, always over 20 in the city

my mom got this car when she got rid of her old car and it was an ok car it got us whare we needed to go the engine was reliable but the performance was fine....for an old person the suspension was vary spongy and the body rusted out to quick.Nov 12, 2008

This car is great for long trips. You will never ride in a more cofortable vehicle. The very smooth suspension also adds to the comfort. The 3800 V6 can beat most four-banger ricer racers in a race despite the weight bogged acceleration.Jun 27, 2008

I bought my 1995 Buick LeSabre Limited used with 63,000 miles on it. I've had it four years and it's now got over 140,000 miles...still runs like a champ! I've replaced brakes and a waterpump, only major work that's been done. No body rust, interior (leather) is still wearing well. I would recommend this car!Jul 16, 2007
