Fast Acceleration, good braking, it need body repainted. The interior is very good
and exterior is good but need to change the body kits. The cost is cheaper then
the new cars. The is fun to drive and good speed off at traffic lights.Jul 12, 2010

"Cheap and reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Rear wheel bearings - can replace yourself.
Sunroof no longer "slides"; tilt only.
Fan belt slipping (easy to fix though)
General comments?
Overall this is a great little car. I have done about 17k miles since I took ownership of it. I travel about 65 miles to and from Glasgow nearly every day in it.
It's a fairly comfortable car to drive, even if it is very spartan inside (no cigarette lighter for instance), and also very easy to maintain. Running costs are average, fuel consumption could be better for the size of the engine.
Never failed to start, always starts first time.
Would be a great first car... if you are not put off by the lack of power steering.

Well I'm not sure but to say that its a great al round car. I'm only a provisional on this car but its easy enough to learn in other than the steering is a bit heavy when parking etc. It was stood for two year in a garage so it had a few problems to start with but after you've ironed them out its fine.Aug 08, 2009

Acceleration - not bad, good top speed for a corsa
Braking - It had no brakes whatsoever. As in really.
Handling - V good
Build quailty - repairs - Er, bit crap, steering wheel had a 'slight' vibration :psteering rack was failing. Did I mention it had no brakes.
Appearence - it was purple. Oh dear. It was a corsa. Oh dear.
Cost of ownership - not too bad
Fun - fun if you define learning to engine break. A valuable lesson none the less. Who needs breaks?!Jul 05, 2009

I like my car it gets me from A to B, obviously I would like a new one soon that does have better acceleration, the suspension isn't all that great, the fan belt squeaks, and the exhaust fell off not long ago so it's not brilliant but it still moves.Sep 21, 2008

C20xe engine conversion, stripped interior, ride height and 42 way damping adjustable Gaz coilovers, Full FIA approved 6 point rollcage and chassis strenghthening all around not a lot can keep with it on the straights and even less around corners, accelerates well too. Factory gsi bodywork in flame red with white 16" Compomotive MO6 alloys and white cage it looks the part too. Just cant wait for the c20let (TURBO) conversion. 210+BHP here we come ; )Sep 08, 2008

Performance: needs to be more powerful, want it to be quicker
Appearance: needs lots of work done to it, new wheels, bits of rust all over
Costs: guzzler....nuff said, cheap tax.
Fun Factor: Nippy and agile, never know what will happen
Build Quality: speedo 5mph faster than actually going...Aug 11, 2008
