I always wanted a wrangler, I like the YJ style. I found it cheap at a small used car dealer, People were trying to talk me out of it when I was putting plate on it. So they could buy it. lol. I think 4 people showed up to buy it, I just beat "em to it. I would like to put a lift on it to give me more clearance, but so far it's been a enjoyable ride.Nov 03, 2013

Love being able to strip it down and enjoy the sun. Kids loved taking it in the mud. This jeep will definitely make some heads turn. Not a quiet smooth ride, if that's what ur looking for this isn't it. My fiancé call it a wind tunnel. You will feel every bump in the roadSep 07, 2013

Great Recreational use good commuter for in town excellent milage per gallon (stylish)Must have all options Soft top , Bimini Top most of all Hard top and air conditioning to enjoy the most of it/ without a/c misserble in hot days. without hard top freeze your pants off in winter weather. its a YJ, what more can you say other than "follow me... if you can". this jeep is an absolute blast to drive. if you dont mind a top speed of about 75 mph with a good tailwind, and love having a top down and never being in a position where you dont think you can "make it", this is absolutely the vehicle for you... as long as you get it muddy. it is equipped with a dana 30 front axle, dana turdy-5 rear (soon to be swapped with a 8.8), fully skidded, sliders, 4.0, ax-15, NP231, 2.5" RC lift, 31" general grabber at2Nov 03, 2011

whats not to like? its red, 4x4, manual trans, subs in rear, big tires, 3.5" lift, 4.0l high output, fun in the sun, fun in the snow, fun in the mud, very easy to get in and out of. all around, its a blast!!May 26, 2010

THis was my favorite vehicle I've owned. It was the perfect size, it looked cool, (especially after I lifted it,) and it had decent perfomance. The ONLY place it lacked was in reliability, and on road ride comfort, due to the leaf springs on all four corners. It had awesome off road performance though. In the end, a blown head gasket on the 4.0 I6 caused me to sell it.Oct 24, 2009

the jeep is built like a tank and can basically take any kind of abuse. lots of power and has decent gas mileage. love the fact the top comes off and turns to a convertible in short time. also pretty aesthetically pleasing.Aug 29, 2009

Need to redo the stock shocks and leafs electrical needs some work but was well worth the money. The get up and go isn't the greatest but will change when change of the 4 to a 6 . Offroading is awesome I have yet to get it stuck,, so guess it's a jeep thing is trueJan 08, 2009

Performance, Its amazing nothing this thing wont get over. Build, great most of it has been done by me so i cant really say what a stock one would be like. Appearace, who cares its a jeep! Cost, not that bad maintenance is cheep other then tires but i got myself into that. gas mileage is 18mpg HW with 33in tires Fun Factor, whats more fun then mud rocks and beer lol. Jan 05, 2009

This is another vechicle i've wanted for a long time. I loved black Jeep YJs since i was a little girl! (Thanks to my Daddio that owned a few jeeps during my childhood) Purchased from the 2nd owner, and received a STACK of receipts,bills,aircares etc. It also came with all the tops!Very well maintained and taken care of. It's fun in the summer for sure! "This is your 4-wheel drive sun-tan booth" I love the versatility of the soft top, and the bikini top. I didn't get a chance to use the tonneau cover, but i'd bet it'd come in handy during a summer road trip with all your gear in the back:)Oct 21, 2008

ultiliterian, black, mean, powerfull, fast, loud 2 doors, covertable, and can get through anything, i love him to bits! acceleration, is really good, braking is good, handles really gd for an old 4x4. solid body, roof has needed replacing as it is canvas, clutch used to squeak but fine now. rugged outer styling and very utiliterian interior, simple and cool. petrol is ok when driven sensible. repairs do cost abit. u cant get anymore fun then driving with the roof off, music blasting out and wind in ur hair lolOct 15, 2008

When I bought this car, I thought it would be a fun car to drive around. What I didn't know when i bought it was that it was a piece of crap. The coolant was basically rust, the distributor went out, i needed to completely replace all the brakes as well as a wheel cylinder, and a couple handfuls of sensors. I had a starting problem that lasted about as long as I owned it. I don't think this is common for Jeeps, but I would warn potential buyers to have the car thoroughly inspected by a professional you trust before buying it.Sep 23, 2008

Greatest suv have ever owned, runs like a champ love the fact of all the different ways to accessorize. Offroading is great, would prefer to have a 6 cylander engine, but was way worth the price i paid. The group that is associated with wranglers is cool also, everyone aknowledges and waves or sits around in lots talking about different places they been.Aug 23, 2008

It is real strong, i have hit trees and bushees, i have rode this thing on trails just big enough for four wheelers. it is got really good gas mileage, and is perfect when i ride around. Overall, it is my second favriote thing to drive. It is really fun. Jul 17, 2008

1994 was the last year you could get a Wrangler without airbags and a car-like padded interior. I never changed any of the suspension on this Jeep and have never had any problems getting stuck. It been driven from Auburn, Alabama to Seattle, Washington and back with never a problem. My only changes have been a new soft top with soft doors, a roll cage speaker system, and the tube bumpers and side bars.Jul 08, 2008

My Jeep's name was Dixie, and when I get a new one (well, I don't care much for the brand new models...I prefer the older ones) it'll be Dixie's new body. She was white before she got wrecked, and I'm thinkin about a butter yellow with a tan soft top and tire cover next time around. Be on the lookout for us, coming this Fall! Don't even ask me if I want a 4-door, cause it's just NOT RIGHT! If I wanted a Hummer, I'd get one of those instead!!! Dixie is going to be a 2-door, 4-wheel drive, stick-shift Wrangler. She may or may not actually HAVE her 1/2 doors on when you see us...I may just take 'em off. Jun 14, 2008

Hated to see it go. Got rid of it for something that gets better fuel mileage on the highway. The 94 Jeep had a 4 cyl. with the three speed automatic. The new Jeep has a 4.0L six cyl. with the five speed manual.Apr 06, 2008
