Amazing little car smooth ride and fast (at least when it wanted to be). It's built like a tank I've hit a Jeep Wrangler one time all it did to my car was punch in one of the headlights. The bumper can also taking a beating. As for maintence get ready...Jul 08, 2010

its really quick. boost it, turbo chargers are teh shizzle. i love power, and this car is QUICK. in the turns, it holds solid, but it has taken years of experience and tuning to get it to where its atJul 05, 2009

For an automatic it went pretty good, lot of mileage on it. Handled really well. I traded the green gmc i had for it. I ended up getting rid of this one and buying a red 1993 Toyota 4runner. The car was actually white, had black rims on it and an exhaust and intake.Feb 05, 2009

Replacing alternator horrible location. Great performance and very reliable. It is fifteen years old and can reach speeds in excess of 130 mph with the factory engine. The SR20DE is very reliable and never has given me issues. The factory sound system speakers do not hold up to the test of time. A great aftermarket exists for this car and can be medded in excess of 300 whp. Dec 28, 2008

My dad bought this car new in 1993. Since then, it
has only needed oil changes, new tires, paint, and
one a/c repair. Other than that, it is an amazing car
to drive. At first, the car started with relatively good
handling due to the low center of gravity it has. Yet
it still had some body roll, so my dad installed
eibach springs and GBR struts, which lowered the
car and stiffened the ride- a lot.
Although it may be bumpy, driving this car is a
kick. It could use a little more power because it is
on the heavy side for the engine, but a turbo or
supercharger could easily fix that.
With a stick, it used to get 24-30 mpg, but because
of its age, it gets closer to 22-28 mpg.
Overall, I love this car. With excellent performance
in the handling department, this is a fun car to
whip around in on a mountain road, even though it
could use slightly more power. A great first car for

1993 G20, converted to a nissan primera with SR20VE engine. Black on silver Motegi rims wrapped in Hankook rubber. Hot-shot intake and aftermarket exhaust manifold. Just added a carbon fiber hood. The Greddy MSS activates the second set of valves. : ) quickMay 21, 2008
