If you love the Wagoneers, and you can find a good looking/running lower mileage one, there is no reason not to get it! They are fun to drive and the space is great. One does not buy this car nowadays for any other reason but that it looks cool! The high demand for these cars helps them retain and grow in value if they're well taken care of. Especially if you get the even higher in demand 1991 model year, they only made 1560 in that final year!Nov 05, 2012

I grew up with a Grand Wagoneer and it's been a dream of mine to own one since my parents sold their when I was 6 years old. That was 17 years ago. On a whim, I decided to buy this despite being somewhat broke, but I got a great deal. Hunter Green was only offered for the Final Edition's, and only 150 were ever made. The interior is in spectacularly pristine condition. There's a few things that need to be worked on like touching up the clear coat which is peeling off on the roof, a couple of small unnoticeable rust spots to patch, and a better re-welding job on the tailpipe. Fantastic body with no dents or dings, a few minor scratches to be buffed out, and the wood paneling is complete and not faded throughout. I totally lucked out with this rig. When I start making better money I might throw in a Cummins diesel engine to boost my mileage to the 20's range. Just have to wait until then.Jul 21, 2012

It's a tank, it's not fast, but it holds it's own in a straight line, cannot corner, leaf sprung all the way around, and gas mileage is awful with only a 3 speed auto. Otherwise it turns a lot of heads and gets a lot of thumbs up, just a great car to cruise inJul 14, 2010

I freakin love this truck! I just bought a 1991 version a couple weeks ago. I've barely driven it yet since I'm still doing the repair work to get it back into good running condition, but I've had the chance to take it out on the road a couple times and the experience is amazing! You can see 360 degrees around you with the way the windows are set up, it's easy to work on, parts are inexpensive and it's just plain FUN to drive! I have two kids and a dog and I've been having trouble finding a vehicle that would comfortably fit them, plus me and my girlfriend, and still have enough room left for a stroller, camping equipment, friends or anything else we might need to carry. Even the newer SUV's like the Blazer I had failed miserably on interior space! With this Wagoneer I have no complaints about space! Just make sure if you get one and take any friends for a ride that you make sure to get them to chip in for gas...hehe.Aug 26, 2009

Some things never go out of style, and the Jeep Grand Wagoneer is one of them. Classic looks, still as appropriate at a country club as an Escalade, but much cooler. Unparalleled off road-abilty, and style to spare. What else can wear whitewalls and drive up a mountain? Jul 11, 2009

A very nice vehicle for daily use. It gathers lots of looks and with its size is practical for large
families that are on the goMay 20, 2008
