performance is practically nonexistant, but it has lasted pretty well. the car only cost a few hundred so no complaints there. it can be fun to drive sometimes, when it's actually doing everything right it's not too bad of a car.Oct 27, 2009

performance is ok, but better once i put in the CA18DET, braking isn't the best but rear discs helped a lot. Handling is supurb, Magnificent appearance and unique style. Targa Roof is great for the summer driving down to the beach.Sep 22, 2009

There's just something to buying a bomb... Paid only 900 bucks for the car...
Its light, its only got 80kW of power... no power steering... manual... no A/C... FWD...
Yet... strangely love it...
Expect to see it for sale in 3 months.Jul 14, 2008

$400. Sold it with 260k on the clock. Other than maintenance items, I only replaced 2 bearings, a radiator, exhaust, and a clutch cable.Jun 13, 2008

Only bought as a run-around after returning company car.
Not that many mechanical issues. Never had it serviced in 3 and a half years.
Flogged the hell out of it and it just kept going.
Definitely did it's job before I traded up.Nov 08, 2007
