When I first drove my Ibiza 1.2GL System Porsche I immediately asked the salesman what the System Porsche meant. He said "Well I won't lie to you. It means a man who worked on Porsche electrical systems designed the electrics. That's all." And then I put my foot down. Blimey! For a 1.2 it was very nippy. But what became clearer as I owned it and drove it like a man in his early 20s was that it handled amazingly. And it was rugged too! Add in the fact it was really easy to work on, and for a cheapster like me it was the perfect car. I ran it for 7 years and if I could find one in good condition I'd have another. Like a shot. A basic, fun, economic car.Mar 19, 2008
