1988 Plymouth Horizon is my family car. It's a 4 door with a hatchback. It has red interior. It gets great gas milage. We fill it up on Thursdays ($25-$30). That gets us back and forth to work, to the grocery, or where ever we need to go until the next Thursday. I love my car! Apr 10, 2011

Miser edition, Auto, 2.2l, and worn out. It doesn't turn, go, or stop well, but
usually starts and has a heater. Having a car this dangerous makes driving fun.
No airbags, lap belts only, solid-rotor discs in the front, Tiny drums in the back.Jan 09, 2011

My First Car. Fun To Drive When I Was Young. I Later Found Out It Was Really A Junker. I Thought It Was The Best Car Ever When My Dad Bought It For Me New In 1988. I Sold It For $900 In 1998. I Loved This Car, But It Truly Was A Piece Of Crap.Apr 21, 2010

Ha! Paid $700 for the silly little car. I've put over 8,000 miles on it, just this summer. It's only let me down once, and that was 200 yards away from where it was supposed to go! I am planning to make it a rally car.
Ive:
Changed the oil 3+ times
Put in new wheel bearings
new pass. side axle
+1 tire size (taller and wider)
brakes, front/rear
fuel pump
to go in:
driver side axle
master cylinder
new brake lines
it gets between 27-32 mpg!!Sep 28, 2009

Runs and Rides well. It get fabulous gas mileage (20 mpg City, and 32 mpg Highway). I hope I can show you a picture of it. I had it for 17 years. I would not even take $500 for it, which I was already offered.Apr 03, 2009
