Fun and reliable in its day, a car for the collector only now. Parts availability is non-existent. If you want one, hold out for the best example you can find. Definitely worth joining the owners groups online. Apr 16, 2023

Another unique American'ish car although actually it was a German car badged as a
pseudo-American car. Styling a little obnoxious but a good sporty sedan and it was
priced well back in the day. Sold it for same price that I bought it forApr 22, 2012

it is so far an alright car. difficult to find parts for and to diagnose problems that it has, but i definately like the design and the style considering it is from 1988!!! I am definately at my witts end with this car. has wastegate and vaccum line issues and turbo's are definately not my thing at all. If n e one has any ideas please let me know!!!!Aug 14, 2011

2.3 liters of turbocharged terror, a ugly German sedan with the heart and soul of a crappy American car. The car runs out of sheer willpower of the driver and not much more.
If it wasnt for the nearly indestructible heavy as a v8 engine block the engines would probably explode the first time they were started.Jul 20, 2009

There are several reasons why people buy cars. There is only one reason why someone would buy a car like this. Something about these cars ignites a passion in you. No, they don't have the most horsepower in the world, nor the best handling.
You just look at it, and either think "This car is gorgeous" or "This car is hideous," and nobody is ever inbetween these two opinions.
Yes, the 20 year old mechanics of the car will need repairing, and the electrics are wonky, and there are some rattles and noises, and nothing's perfect.
But I love this car, and always will. It's got the je-ne-sais-quoi.Nov 28, 2008
