This is an all around great car, its got a chevy small block, a 305 to be exact, its an LS but still has the 5.0L V8, and it sits on the SS Suspension. only 64,000 miles on it too! This car is a perfect first car for a guy like me.

Fun Factor - very fun to drive, very fast, stands out in a crowd.
September 23, 2008A fairly reliable vehicle once I got the Carb replaced and tuned. Drove around on my honeymoon in it, really loved the car.

May 10, 2008Bought the car with a 305. Wasn't enough power so I put in a 383 Stroker... I built it from the lock up... New Everything including new Heads.. 4in Cowl... Very Fast!!!
November 24, 2007I love Monte Carlos, until they became front wheel drive, and smaller. Even wrecked this car drives great, but being a LS it handles soft in corners, with a 305 it is a little under powered a nice fuel injected 350 would be nice, but when you build it your self you know what you have, this one has a 99% chance of being a parts car for my 1979 Monte with t-tops, sad really.
