1982 Audi 4000 Reviews, Pricing & Specs

In spite of rising gas prices, this car is keeping me sane. Why? It has a 1.6 liter four cylinder diesel. With a stout 52 horsepower, it can get an average of 60 miles to the gallon in city/highway driving. Plus its an Audi so its built from old Panzer tanks and basically indestructable. You dont get much in terms of luxury. Just a heater, radio, and AC (But it draws alot of power). Still its a blast to drive around town slamming all the gears and revving the engine. It goes to show that is an alternative to the vomit- enducing ugly Prius.Sep 02, 2008
