Awesome car. Minimal maintenance costs and eye watering rarity , great on fuel and great for long cruises. Parts are easy to find and replace and the costs are not astronomical
( except for U.S. Postage.)
I couldn't find an honest Corvette with an honest owner, so I bought an awesome Cutlass Salon instead.Oct 02, 2013

Performance - acceleration, braking, handling all very good
Appearance - looked sweet but had a bench seat
Build Quality - had a few squeaks and rattles but not bad at all after all she was 18 years old when i got her
but a very fun carFeb 09, 2011

good acceleration, lots of power good handling, looks amazing, not horrible on gas but not very good. only bad thing is that bumper metals corroded and snaped off the bumper. Very very fun and sounds great with its 260 v8Jan 06, 2011

A luxury roadmaster with two leather couches I bought the car in July of 2007 with high hopes: 57,000 miles, solid condition, and a damn Oldsmobile. The car has been very solid overall, only needing minor repairs (new alternator, ignition wites, lights). The car rocks like a roller coaster when I zoom down the Van Wyck, but is remarkably smooth for its age. It's comforatble, a head turner, and a symbol when American enginerring and style actually was backed up by true performance.

My mom had a 4-door salon, then it was mine. The frame rails on it went bad so we scrapped it. I found a 2-door and rebuilt it. It looked different and after I was done with it, it was crazy fast. 10.34 in the 1/4. It took a ton of money. But to me it was worth every penny. Many people laughed at it, until all they seen was the tail lights and the losing slip. I only ever lost 4 runs in her. Unfortuntly some else like the look of the car, It was stolen one night. It was found 3 weeks later, stripped and destroyed. There was tears. I would love to find another one, They are different and cool.Feb 24, 2008
