1976 Pontiac Catalina Reviews, Pricing & Specs

i bought this car for around $1200 used, it had over 120,000 miles on it, i put an aditional 90,00 thousand on it. the thing that surprised me the most about this car was the fact that i was getting around 34mpg on the highway and about 26mpg in the city, this was with a 400ci pontiac big block, it had a 2 bbl carb and a 400 turbo powerglide transmission with a 3:18 rear end, i took this car on a trip from westminster, colorado to tucson, arizona and only had to fill up twice, the second fill up was right around benson, arizona. this car would make a perfect car for a first time driver as well as a family or a person that is retiredDec 27, 2011
