The 1800ES is a stunningly beautiful car, all the more
because it is a wagon. The car is a GT, more than a
sports car, but fun to drive. It is practical, but the back
seat is for brief cases and pet carriers, or people who
you don't like.
If you think it is beautiful, you will love it. It is not a
problem to get parts from Volvo or private suppliers,
which, after 30 years is an important thing.Jul 03, 2010

I have the 1800ES, the little sport wagon. Beautiful looks but probably not as practical as a 122. Modest performance, yet fun to drive. Rare- people are always asking me "What is that?" Put some prancing moose stickers on the side and pretend you're a Ferrari. Feb 20, 2010
