Brilliant second vehicle. Awesome in poor weather and perfect for the
Dogs or trips to the tip. Makes people smile. Cost of parts is
ridiculously
cheap ( as is the insurance £150 per year for 5000 miles). Rubbish on
motorways. They all smoke on start up but this disapears after a short
drive. They usually leak oil (Mine does not.) Buying one with faults is a
good idea as everything but the gearbox is easy to fix. The Gearbox if
knackered will cost you £800 to recondition (still cheap in comparison
to any modern car).

It is what it is, a multi use vehicle, that you can fill with anything and go anywhere
! I love this Landy in the summer, roof up, in fact I have a bikini top for it, but
haven;t had the chance to fit.Sep 15, 2011

It is a freakin tractor, goes just about anywhere, loads of fun, I built it as a chic magnet but that has yet to work, so I offroad it and have a blast doing it. Does turn heads, it is one sweet truck. I built the thing myself on a new galvy chassis with parabolics for a nice rideMar 24, 2010

This make of car is by far the best, it may not go very fast but you get a fun drive out of it no matter what, it can literally go anywhere! they are the most awkward things to steer. Jul 06, 2009

a great little 4x4 with a lot more go than i expected. the ride does leave a bit to be desired but is tolerable. the fuel mileage isnt too bad at 15 miles/imperial gallon a great car to drive on the road and even better when you leave itSep 01, 2008

This Land Rover is the best car I ever owned even though it did keep trying to kill me
Speedo went to 100mph, Land Rover went to.........well I never got over taken, boyracers stopped bothering me and there's something strangely satisfying about doing donuts in 4 wheel drive :-)
