1968 Leyland Mini Reviews, Pricing & Specs

I bought the mini for AU$100 from a friend. It was my first car and the driver's side door had been wired shut as it had been in an accident. Originally the paint was probably gold, but it had faded to a sort of mustardy colour by the time I got it. It looked even better after I replaced the driver's side door with a bright orange one! The car handled really well and a sports exhaust made it sound faster than it really was. It was a laugh to drive. In the wet you could get it sideways on a roundabout! Probably the most economical car I've ever owned and possibly the most fun!Aug 19, 2008
