The pure power, the simplicity with no chips, no emmissions controls a do it your self dream. The lines are reflective of a time gone by. Large and powerful ..... a reflection of the 60's design. The 1967 was the last year of the staked headlights.Jun 16, 2013

this is one car you can ..tape a hundred dollar bill to the desk...as for braking ..well
it still has the drum brakes on it and stops pretty well...the draw back for these
frame models is once you start to add horse power to them ...you end up braking
the rear sub frame out of them ...but with a little welding your good to go..as far
as the look of this car ...come on look at it ...these cars just are one of the
meanest cars ever made...and to drive Damn very nice smooth and lots of fun :)Mar 15, 2011

I loved the car. Would give a testicle to have her back. No matter how you look at it, '67 Goats were way cool. She used to pull low 11's at the track. God, I miss that and the old days.Jun 23, 2010

Blast to drive! Lots of power, great pick up, literally off the charts in performance, a bit light front end.
Drove across country in 1982...Finally sold it to my son's friend and it was stolen! Shame!
Wish I still had it!

I love this car. Its got a 400 small block under the hood with a holley intake manifold and holley 4-barrel 650 cfm carb. Its fast 4 speed on the floor. Dark maroon color. Possie traction rear end is going in the winter. Runs low 14s in the quarter mile.Jul 16, 2008

If you don't know what this car is than you probably don't appreciate the beauty of 400 HP and 400 lb./ft. of Torgue.Jun 21, 2008

This was a wonderful ride, a car I loved owning when I could drive it. Unfortunately, when I got sent overseas in the Army, it became a very impractical acqusition.May 16, 2008

A gorgeous car, a real head-turner. Not a real performer, big, heavy, and not what you'd expect for an era of ground-pounding muscle.Apr 20, 2008

My dad owns a 1967 Pontiac GTO mint condition. It's gold with a silverish sparkle that you can faintly see in the gold paint. When he first bought the car it had a 400 that ran on pure alcohol which gave it 800-1000 HP. Recently both my dad and I have redone the 400 and switched it over to gas it now runs about 650- 700 HP. We kept the blower on it as well. Mar 18, 2008

Was my mother's car. Un-restored. Original 400cid V8 engine rebuilt and bored out 030. New cam and crank; alum headers; 2.5" pipes with cross tube; Demon carb - lifts HP to around 375 from stock 335.Feb 01, 2008
