The Fury that I drove through out college was a tank with no power steering. I loved that car and Dad only paid $200.00 for it from his friend Charlie. That car took us everywhere my first year of college. My friends and I would drive from Las Cruces to Santa Fe with the windows down (no air conditioner). It was great fun!!!Sep 16, 2009

My 1964 Plymouth Fury was one of my favorites. The stock motor was replaced by a 413 cubic inch torque monster. A dash mounted push button shifter transferred power to a 4:10 8 3/4 inch Sure-Grip rear end. This 4000 pound beast annihilated many a Mustang, Camaro, etc...The shock on the owners faces when the light turned green never ceased to bring a huge smile to my face!Dec 20, 2008

It runs 11.88 at 112, stops well before the sandtrap at Mason Dixon, and can be driven on the street. What more could you want?May 09, 2008
