I've only had it a few days. runs great, not fast, or anything resembling fast, but fun(especially with the top down) and easy to drive. solid feel. needs weather stripping around windows - anyone done that? is it a do it yourself job? what about lead additive? is the synthentic stuff ok for the motor?May 17, 2011

i use her as a everyday driver.i bought her for 900 with a rebuilt engine and transmission.i have put 5000 into her and it was worth every penny.next will be body and interior work cause that's all that's left.it has a 3.7 6 cylinder.with a three on the tree manual clutchSep 26, 2010

drives great, good acceleration. solid, very well built. the exterior is almost as good as new. slant six is surprisingly powerful. close to 20 mpg. this car is extremely fun to drive. I would choose this car over any new car today.Oct 23, 2009

1964 Dodge Dart GT Coupe with the 225 cc slant six.
My dad bought this car in the 80's but parked it in the barn when the front end blew. So when I was 16 we pulled it out and went over the front end, brakes, engine etc.
Since then I've been restoring it, one thing at a time.
I love working on my car by myself or with my dad, I love when people ask me about my car but mostly I love driving this car.Sep 29, 2009

The Dodge Dart is a piece of American Legend. It is absolutely built like a tank and is the pinnacle of auto design from that era. It is one of the funnest cars I've ever driven, and once you have a slant six running well, it is unstoppable. I wish they still made cars like this!!!Jun 11, 2009

It had a good amount of power for the year of the car, Wouldn't use it for a daily car, Car shows would be a must, Olny dislike is the price of the car now a days, But overall a fun car for the strip or the shows, I would recomend this to anyoneAug 09, 2008
