Loved driving with the top down, the pipes roaring on a beautiful day. The cars shines and looks good.
New suspension components, dual exhaust with 3" tips, and killer 360 CID engine running
Edelbrock manifold and four barrel carburetor with performance cam and ignition. Jan 03, 2014

I bought this car new in late 1962. I liked the styling and size. For a 1963 car it was very good on fuel mileage. It got 21 MPG in stop and go Los Angeles traffic. It's now 50 years later and I am still driving the car and still enjoy driving it. I find it comfortable riding and fairly good on gas still. Mine is a three speed manual transmission no power steering and a 170 trim level. I have replaced the engine a few times, the transmission twice , and the rear end twice. The car has over 600,000 miles and never in a major accident. Repainted 16 years ago and reupholstered 30 years ago.Mar 19, 2013

1963 GT with 90,000mi. It is a great driver even though it is 46 years old. It is very reliable and still stock original except for the front seat upholstery. The paint is shiny, the interior looks like new and it drives tight. It is great fun. Apr 16, 2009

This was my first car, and holds my fondest car memories. My dad gave it to me in 1970 with 112,000 miles on it, because he wanted me to have a reliable car. My friends and I drove that car ("Brunhilde") all over the eastern seaboard for years.
It never gave me a day of grief until a friend left it parked in the wrong place and it was towed while I was away on vacation. The retrieval cost was so high that I ended up selling it to the lot owners to cover the towing and storage fees. I have always regretted that decision.
