Classic American car. Very unique. Chevy spent loads of time and dollars developing the Corvair. Contrary to popular belief the Corvair is a very safe and reliable car. Ralph Nadar had very little to do with it's demise. The cheaper faster Mustang and Chevy II left Air Cooled technology in the dust. The Corvair was very expensive to make and therfore it was around $1000 more than a Mustang. That and at the middle of production, Chevy had tweeked all the HP out of the engine.Sep 10, 2010

Very classy car. Andrea bought it several years ago and she loves it. It's completly stock, which means it doesn't have seatbelts. It's a rear engine vehicle too which is pretty cool. It stayed in Virginia while we were in California but we look forward to getting back so we can take care of it.Dec 24, 2008
