Everything you'd expect in a 1948 CJ 2A Jeep. They invented 4 wheel drive (sort of) plenty of power for weight. Nimble, easy to park. Fun to drive. Open cab. Added roll bar and bikini top. New tailgate, lots of rust to repair. New set of original rims and military tires to be installed when I finish paint job. Thought about using Line-X bedliner on interior tub, but too expensive. May try spray on bedliner. Put a few new gauges in it, have new welting for hood, windshield frame.Jan 28, 2012

Jeep Willys, totally restored. It is more tuned than restored. Volvo 2.0 engine and gear box is built in. Sport seats, stearing wheel. It cost around 4000 eur. Very fun for drive with wind shield down. steel wheels. Engine is too strong for this chassis.Sep 06, 2009

handing and stopping isnt it's strong point , it's crap , loads of fun offroad , it has plenty of squeak's and rattle's and they all add to its character . As for it's appearance , i think it look's mint and even better dirty . Most of all it's load's of fun to drive and always bring's a smile to my face .Jul 06, 2009

Its built for battle.. so its quite solid.. The handling on road is.. so so.. Quite good off road... Think its top speed is about 90-100km/h.. So u dont have 2 worrie about any speeding tickets.. i have a volvo B20 engine in it.. and it consume about 7.3l/100km... In the summer u just take of the roof and flip the front window forward and u have real cab.. (c; in the winter.. on with the roof and doors & its a 4x4 so u dont have 2 worry about not coming anywere.. (c; Jul 05, 2008
