Don't take your eyes off the road for a second! Its like riding a fast plank, skinny tyres and vauge steering make any journey a white knuckes ride. Its still suprisingly quick and was used as a police car in its day!
It can top 80 if you are truly fearless and do over a ton with the factory optional supercharger but you would have to be simply mental to do that.
Cheap to run but Agonisingly fierce in restoration parts £1000 + for a front wing anyone?
A real head turner even if few people remeber them nowadays. It still has little children pointing to it and calling it chitty chitty bang bang.Feb 19, 2010

I don't have a picture available now of my 1949 MG TC but it looks very close to the PA. It is the sports car that really started it all in America. The soliders were bringing them back from England after the war because they liked them so much and as they say "the rest is history".Jul 05, 2008

Splendid machine; nippy; sporty but almost no luggage space. Now owned by Tim.May 16, 2008
