Title: Still no clear quote after weeks of asking I contacted Erin Mills Mazda specifically for transparent, written details on km and warranty for a 2025 CX‑30 SUNA and 2026 CX‑30 GT Kuro Turbo. I asked multiple times over several weeks for a simple all‑in breakdown (price, tax, licensing, freight/PDE, mandatory charges). Instead of a clear quote, I kept getting messages asking if I “wanted a quote,” even after I’d already said yes. When I finally got a reply, it was just “looping in my team” with no actual numbers. Weeks later, I still don’t have the proper written quote I requested. For a dealership this size, the process should be straightforward. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend Erin Mills Mazda.

Driving the vehicle was pretty straight forward but communication with sales associate afterwards was zero.....she neither contacted us about the fact that the vehicle was smoking from the hood after our yest drive nor after we texted to ask the reason for the issue with the car. We purchased elsewhere.... we've noticed that they dropped the price of the car the next day.... I would assume that there's something pretty bad under the hood 🤷🏽‍♀️
