Excellent dealership with great customer service. Had a few issues that was quickly rectified. Sales person Jack was very transparent and worked throughout the week to secure the truck. As an out of town buyer it was easier than buying in person. There was no pressure and the process was excellent. I would buy another vehicle from them again.

Volvo had several scratches on the hood. Won't drop the price do to scratches. There add didn't show the scratches. Offer $8,000 less on trade than the other dealer.

Not sure no one got back to me even if vehicle was no longer available a response would've been nice

Ana Chopra was my main contact there and she did a great job. Unfortunately I am a little out of town and they do have a policy that required me to come in multiple times for paperwork. That being said, they were very open and transparent about the process and the vehicle.

I called in to test drive a Toyota Cross, told them I would be there Saturday, as it turns out the sales manager, took it home for the long weekend. Hard to test drive a car when it’s taken home by the sales manager for the weekend. I bought a Rav 4 at a different dealership.

Overall very good, pleasant, informative but not pushy.
