Quick, efficient and delivered! Was not detailed as I was told.

Didn't get back to with an answer to my 2 reasonable questions

Oh, that was not good. I would receive one phone call. I’ve done nothing. I wanted to drive the vehicle and I never really got a clear answer to one it could deal. We said it was in the shop getting Repairs when I asked for the Repairs were they wouldn’t answer me. I want to buy that vehicle but they’ve made it very difficult for me to do so.

They didn’t contact me back

very professional

The Subaru was as advertised in very good condition. Very friendly dealership. John went over the vehicle's history and their inspection report. They also went over all the features of the vehicle when I came to get it. It was cleaned and the inside was detailed. There was a minor problem with the driver's window which was pointed out and they took care of before I picked it up.

Easy, freindly, zero stress, transparent, clear communication - not sure how buying a used car could be a better experience.

Allen was great. He was very respectful and enjoyable to communicate with. His professionalism and honesty are greatly appreciated.
