Great Guy , Honest Guy!

Sales & Finance staff were polite & professional. There were a few deficiencies that were discussed with the sales team that were not disclosed to finance to be included in the purchase agreement. This created delays. (2nd set of keys, wheel rim repair and replace front fender protective film). Mileage was slightly higher than posted >17K. Vehicle was received with previous owner personal items still in the vehicle however it was late in the day. Once the deficiencies are looked after I will change the rating. I have not received any further follow up from the dealership.

The Subaru was as advertised in very good condition. Very friendly dealership. John went over the vehicle's history and their inspection report. They also went over all the features of the vehicle when I came to get it. It was cleaned and the inside was detailed. There was a minor problem with the driver's window which was pointed out and they took care of before I picked it up.

Would buy a vehicle from Milani again.

Everyone was willing to help and take time to explain until I understood. They are not typical high pressure car that you might think they are. Felt no pressure at all. So happy to get everything done at one stop. Just a wait time was long only because it was the busiest time of a year. Other than that, they are great.
