Concessionnaires Subaru à proximité (Innisfil, ON, CA)

Booked a test drive at 1pm. Had communicated with dealership and they knew I need to drive 1 and half hours to get there. Half way through driving in a snowy weather, then got the email from them, the car was sold at 9am that morning. I could have saved me battling the snowy weather driving up there, should they contact me as soon as they sold that car. Very bad communication, by luck I checked my email at the gas station to fill up gas enroute, otherwise I would only realised the car was sold when I reached the dealership. They could have called me instead. Very upsetting and frustrating.

Andrew was one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever met—honest, friendly and not at all pushy. Car was well priced and no negotiation was needed. A very pleasant buying experience.

I asked a Simple question, but it was not answered. I will not waste my time travelling to this Dealership. Thank You, Dave M.
