Booked a test drive at 1pm. Had communicated with dealership and they knew I need to drive 1 and half hours to get there. Half way through driving in a snowy weather, then got the email from them, the car was sold at 9am that morning. I could have saved me battling the snowy weather driving up there, should they contact me as soon as they sold that car. Very bad communication, by luck I checked my email at the gas station to fill up gas enroute, otherwise I would only realised the car was sold when I reached the dealership. They could have called me instead. Very upsetting and frustrating.

Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. No hidden fees or penalties for buying without financing. The vehicle needed tires and brakes which were replaced with Michelin tires and factory brake parts

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful showroom. Michael K. in Sales had the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. He walked me through all the features of the vehicle and was patient with my questions. Very responsive to emails. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

In the.middle of the closing deal they told me they had someone walk in "intrested" when they called me 10 minutes later and told.me they had sold it. Ridiculous waste of time and energy. 111 percent would not recommend.

I called 4 times over 6 hours to get some additional photos to which they repeatedly said yes. I never got them. So I went to the dealership when I found all 3 vehicles were covered in rust underneath. They were absolutely in terrible condition.
