After numerous texts and phone discussions with the salesman I went in to look at the vehicle. He said he would bring it around so I could test drive it. Came back and said it was out getting a windshield. Next they had an offer on it but it didn't look promising. Then it was sold. Still online a week later. Bait and switch.

Very disappointed with the response from dealership. They were not transparent on a possible trade in and did not follow up with legitimate questions.

It seems that the vehicle they advertised was not available which is fine however it is still On their website stating “available now”even after a week or so. Appears to be just bait to contact them. Won’t deal with them moving forward

Although I was not able to buy the vehicle that I was interested in because someone decided to buy it before I got there, Zeke, the staff who assisted me, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Really easy process compared to so many other dealerships in the area. Honest, straight up, and easy to get a deal done.

Rating: 1/5 Stars Headline: Relentless calls and still no straight answer on price I initially reached out about a car I was interested in. Before we could even get to discussing my trade-in or a simple final price, the non-stop calls started. Next day, day after—didn’t matter. I wasn’t fully committed to buying from them anyway due to the logistics (they wanted $900 for delivery fees, which was not appealing), but the constant calling made it impossible to have a normal conversation. I tried to speak with Haley, but that’s not how it worked out. When I asked one simple question—just for the final price, all-in—I got the runaround: “With taxes? With delivery? Without delivery?” Just answer the question. I don’t need a breakdown of scenarios; I need the out-the- door number. To top it off, I noticed their ad on CarGurus showed the vehicle listed somewhere else with a separate price. It felt inconsistent and frustrating. I ended up moving on to other vehicles without the hassle.

Responsive, timely, without being too over bearing (BIG turn off!)
