I had initially called to enquire about two vehicles at MCAC, and was met with impatience by Wayne over my inquiry, and put off to make the inquiry instead through the CarGurus app. A response to either of those has not yet been issued. What little help I garnered from the brief phone call with Wayne concerned the type of engine and transmission of one of the vehicles which for some reason is absent from both listings. In this exchange I was informed that cam phaser issues is exclusive to the v8 engines, which contravenes rightly or wrongly to information about the EcoBoost options from multiple online sources. Two or so days after making the request for information, I was informed by the app that the one I was more interested in had sold.

They don’t have in-house financing. They tried to run it through a different dealership. This dealership tried to sell me a new truck. Became an unpleasant situation.
