Unprofessional, unprepared, unwelcoming - when you go into an establishment (any establishment) and an obvious conversation is being had about you, in front of you, in another language, it's rude and definitely affects the ability to even have an honest conversation, which is frustrating when you are in correspondence as a client to begin with. The experience made me uninterested in being in business with them, even for another vehicle.

I bought this car and flew into Vancouver to pick it up. Ming held the car for me until I could get there and helped me with the paperwork my insurance agent needed. Tim picked me up from the airport, drove me to the dealership and while I was finishing the paperwork Tim quickly walked the car and made sure it was ready for me. I drove the car home 2500 km with no issues, I would gladly deal with Newmate again.
