Amanda McIvor, the Sales Manager contacted me, and we subsequently had a couple of phone discussions.. Finally, I learned that the car had a standard transmission, to would not be useful for the young lady for whom I was making the enquiry. Amanda advised she would look out for alternate vehicles, all automatic, and within the price range which was available to the purchaser.

The salesman was relatively new but I would give him an A for effort.

The Car that we chosen was very clean, the staff went out of their way to make the purchase enjoyable and comfortable.....

I only enquired about a vehicle and after speaking to a representative of bannister dealership , it felt like an endless amount of phone calls , texts and emails!!! Asking if I was still interested In a vehicle or if I was still looking for a secondary vehicle! Just felt like harassment trying to get me to reply back or answer about financing a vehicle from them ! Finally after many attempts to reach me through text messages , voicemails & emails ! I responded to One of the emails I received I told them to please stop attempting to contact me !!! It felt pushy and annoying! Sorry but if I’m not responsive then that should be enough of a clue that I’m not interested at this time. !

They were quick to get back to me and very helpful with my questions. This is actually our 2nd vehicle we have bought with Mike and would recommend this dealership to all our friends. They took great care of us and the deal was done in a very timely matter.

We went to this dealership last fall, but they didn't have what we were looking for. However because of the way the dealership treated us, we felt we would go back if they had something. Their response to our inquiry online was quick even though they were closed that day. We met up with Mike two days later and he showed us everything we needed to know and even allowed us to take the car over lunch without having to take a salesman with us! The car was spotless. They were willing to deal and didn't push us to buy the car or finance through them which was a big plus. We purchased the car, got insurance at the dealership and headed home. I would highly recommend them.

Murray was absolutely superb to communicate with. Murray supplied accurate information with zero pressure. He seems to understand a motivated buyer needs only solid transparent information not useless pressure sales tactics. Thankyou Murray
