The service was impeccable

Booked an appointment for a mechanic to do a remote inspection at the dealership of the vehicle I was interested in that same day. When the mechanic arrived he was told he could not view the car. Most HGregoire employees were confused why that was the case (e.g., admin, salesperson I booked the appointment with who was not working that day etc) but the Director told me it was because I hadn’t payed a deposit to reserve the vehicle. This appears to have been a lie since nobody else I spoke to there said that was company policy and the salesperson I was dealing with had not told me that was needed when booking the appointment. I of course lost the $200 I payed to the mechanic and was also told the car had been sold later that day. HGregoire now doesn’t return my calls. Sketchy.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Spinelli Nissan. When we had our first meeting (Oct 21) we were told to take our time for selling our car before taking possession of their car. After having made a $500 deposit to confirm our future purchase. There were no mention of closing our purchase before the end of the month. One week later we received a call from our car salesman that we must close our purchase before the end of the week. We argued that wasn’t the agreement we had. So he said that he was going to talk with his manager and come back with an answer. No news till the Thursday afternoon when the salesman called me back with the information that his manager wanted the deal done by Friday. My first reaction was to cancel the whole deal.
