Very bad and rude experience with the finance manager!!! Bad experience with nissan spruce grove finance manager Natasha Hryniewiecka! If you don’t get the extended warranty that she will offer. She will be rude and say anything that she wants. I said to her that i do not need the warranty because i do have a mechanic brother and she said to me “did you’re brother will pay the parts? Did you’re brother will pay this and that? And she even said if she is on my shoes, she will not let any of her family member to work for her for free!” Well who are you to tell me that? You even said my decision is silly because i refused to get the warranty! That is so rude!! Be aware of this finance manager named Natasha Hryniewiecka! I’ve been dealing with a lot of finance person but she is the worst! The work ethic of being professional is not with her. No calls and no reaching out from any of the manager after it happened. I ended up not buying the truck that i want! Worst experience!
