They lied to me to get me to come in and buy a different vechicle. I would never go back!

The vehicle I was interested in went up by 5,000.00. They blamed it on tariffs. A lot of bull if u asked me.

The vehicle is in horrible condition; it was the dirtiest vehicle I've ever went to see. It was clearly owned and all gravel driven, when opening the tailgate there was an inch of built-up compressed gravel and sand. There was dirt and dust all over the vehicle, the salesman didn't even bother cleaning it no wonder it still hasn't sold. The entire front end is completely destroyed from gravel rock chips, the painted bumper, HID Lights, Grill all need to be replaced, easily $15,000.00 dollars damage. When confronting the salesman, he was ignorant, rude and condescending we ended up just walking off the sales location mid-sentence the salesman was so atrociously ridiculous. Terrible dealer I don't know how they are still in business!

This was by far my best purchase experience to date and at 68 that says something. My first intro to Royal oak was by their Internet Rep Zara who set me up with Evan, appointments made to see the vehicle, and any questions. I arrived two days early due to a change in schedule and they were very accommodating. Dylan was fantastic and in no time financing was set up with Wil. Smooth, seamless, and they even threw in some unexpected perks. A job well done. The car is more than I could ask for...awesome car, great price, beautifully detailed. We have had some brand loyalty with Nissan as this is our third and we still have the vehicles just with other family members but we now have dealer loyalty. In the CarFax report it showed a hail claim but no repairs. I found the car has hail damage and the dealer wants to fix the hood only. I told them I was not interested if that was all they were going to fix.

Connected with Jon and went through the process. Test drive reviewed the documentation. Jon was great managing the buying process. Maddie supported the financial process to get the deal done.

Overall a great experience buying my jeep through Okotoks Nissan! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating!
