Staff was very friendly and helpful, I noticed a couple minor issues, windshield wiper gone and rusted battery terminal. The replaced both for no charge and the in a floor mat. Upfront and honest which is rare these days

It was pretty shocked and the service level. I got in touch after my inquiry really quickly, the same night. The sales specialist and I agreed that we would connect over a video the next day at a specific time, that never happened. No communication from him, even after I messaged as a follow up. However, I heard from his manager via text as well, he'll let me know that he would be happy to help me. I responded, but there was zero follow up after that again. I never heard from any of them. Was ready to make my way there and pay with cash. Have never seen such terrible service at a car dealership before.
