two days ago I received a call back from my internet inquiry about this white 2018 bmw 430i. and the lady told me the car is there , I drove 50 km, arrived there , got sat in a chair , and asked my licence . They insisted to do a credit inquiry even before i decided wether i liked the car or not after seeing him . And they said a credit specialist is calling my phone shortly , so i sat there , wasted time and energy untill I insisted i must see the car first. Then a sales guy took me outside where it s cold , searched around the parking lot , drove in one car , and THE CAR WAS NOT THERE , and he said maybe it went for cleaning. ( as if i was born yesterday) and maybe i like something else. I walked away frustrated , and recommend don t even call this dealership , there are plenty of cars out there.....plus , only when i arrived he says this bmw of about 19 000 needs extra 2600 in repairs , etc Bad BAd BAd, wasted time and fuel and energy for nothing

Vehicle condition didn't match price

Even though the car has been sold, they've still kept it listed on the site for a long time.

On my appointment date, I arrived at the dealership and was told the car has been sold. I could have been told prior to the appointment. This wated my time and money on taxi.

I waited for days to have a quote on a trade, was told twice I would be emailed by a certain time. When this didn't happen I contacted the dealership and found out the car had been sold but this was not communicated to me. I was transferred to the manager who indicated that ge did not even receive the request for a quote on trading my vehicle. He stated he was sorry and to go through him going forward instead of the previous salesperson. He indicated he would send me an email so I would have his email address to connect with him and that he would send me any cars he had available that I might be interested in. I have yet to hear from him and its been 3 days. I will not use this dealership to purchase any vehicle. Customer service is absolutely non existent.
