The dealer was very polite and professional. He contacted me right away and was very helpful. I did not go to the dealers location or test drive the car in question but his phone mannerism was good. I would recommend this dealer.

My daughter bought this car and I was her ride. We both had many questions and were answered wonderfully. We were looked in the eye while talking, he was patient, extremely friendly and the process was wonderful. I would definitely do business and try to send business his way again .. great job!

I booked an appointment to test drive a car. When I got there, I got stuck with a really chatty salesperson who took up almost an hour just going over basic information. Then he spent about 20 minutes wandering around the dealership trying to find the keys so I could test drive the car. When he couldn't find them, he told me the car mustn't be available yet. (And yet, the lady I booked the appointment with had said there were other test drives booked on the car and booked me in for an appointment, suggesting the car was indeed available.) Altogether, I spent almost 2 hours at the dealership and didn't even get to do what I had specifically gone there to do. A simply awful experience!
